Sari Depreeuw
Biography
Sari Depreeuw works at law firm Daldewolf, mainly in the field of intellectual property law (with a focus on copyright) and IT law (in litigation, legal advice and contracts). She graduated from the law faculties at Université de Namur (1999) and KULeuven (2002). She holds a Master degree in Intellectual Property from HUBrussel (2006) and a PhD degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2011). Depreeuw is a member of the Brussels bar since 2002. In addition she teaches intellectual property law at Université Saint Louis and she is affiliated to the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (research group LSTS). Depreeuw has published several articles on Belgian, European and international copyright and contributes to conferences and seminars on a regular basis. She is member of the Board of Directors of Jubilee.

Caveat at LODGERS Caveat is hosted by LODGERS, a collaboration between AIR Antwerpen and M HKA. LODGERS functions as Caveat’s first platform for public programmes, workshops, a display of artworks, legal material, and film screenings: a framework for research and artistic production as well as a public stage to negotiate possible futures of the artist contract.
